consists in picking up shipments from the sender and delivering them to the address. Local courier service it’s available for documents, parcels and recently for Euro or Industrial pallets. We mention that, besides the typical courier services, we have added a new service namely, transport of euro pallets with weight limit of 400 kg and industrial pallets with weight limit of 800 kg. It’s a dedicated courier service to companies with a high volume of goods and a defined transit time. Transit time is always met and clients are always informed by courier about the arriving/picking up hour.

Additional Km = 0.80lei/km (for towns/villages outside coverage area) The weight taken into consideration will be the higher between real weight and volumetric, calculated as: length x width x height / 6000.

SC Balcan Express Curier SRL SRL gives you the oportunity to insure you shipments. Compensation will be 100% of declared value if you and the fee is 1% of the declared value (commission is negotiable depending on the particularities of shipment). CARRIER is responsible in case of total damage or disappearance during transportation and will pay compensation as follows: a. For non-insured shipments 70 lei/shipment
b. For insured shipments - 100% compensation of the declared value, if you paid the fee of 1% of the value. The sealing of the pacakage must be made in the presence of the representative of SC Balcan Express Curier SRL (courier) after checking the integrity and value of the content
At the explicit request of the client a copy of AWB signed by the Recipient will be returned.
The price will be according to the standard document shipment.
For these deliveries whose payment terms were agreed by the beneficiary and recipient to be paid cash, the BENEFICIARY empowers carriers to collect money in his name and on behalf of RECIPIENT for the goods delivered by the carrier, at the amount specified in the transport document (AWB) at the section repayment section.
